Är du svenska?

Kosta glass works

you see the price-tag on the bottom left? very true, that's 160€ for a bowl...

God afton!

We've reached our first month living in Sweden and up so far I'm still
pretty damn happy about being here. :)

This weekend has been some lengthy chillout, way too much food and some workout at the mancave.
But what else?

Well, by now I'm spending a good portion of the daytime with my studies.
I have this Network Security course until the end of October and my Swedish language course,
which I really enjoy so far. I'm trying to do all my work during the day to have enough free-time for the evenings because there's just still so much to do around campus.

A birthday here, a dinner preparty there... going to a student pub in between and spending the rest of the morning at a afterparty.
It gets crazy from time to time, you could literally spend 6 days a week going out and be on a different kind of party every night.
But I'm still a responsible student, so I only go out about 4 times a week, which is still enough for my taste.

Other than that, I will upload some pictures of our moose-park and glass works trip.
The moose park was pretty okay, I only saw about 5 moose out of 23 in total.
They are fairly majestic creatures and really didn't mind the people feeding them and stroking their heads.
They had this huge merchandising shop with all kinds of souvenirs, I even bought a few giveaways to pass on to you guys when I'll be coming back home. :)

8 car accidents with a moose involved in Sweden every day

Santa Claus?

The glass works turned out to be an impressive site, we got to see how these people manufacture those really expensive, hand crafted glass articles.
I thought I might buy myself a piece or two but there was hardly anything cheap enough buying so I just stuck with the souvenirs I bought from the moose park.

A lot of exchange students went on a trip to Gotland this weekend. In a way I feel a bit disappointed that I didn't go myself but after all those daytrips and parties in the last weeks I'm still kinda happy to just chill out for a weekend.

But there's more to come...

gonna go to bed now,
have a good night you all!

Some more countryside

19 kr - 16 kr - 12 kr ...been here for 4 weeks and already spent a small fortune on coffee

Hey people!

Haven't been writing much lately, I apologize for that.
I had a little bit of paperwork to do the last few days, so I actually spent a lot of time writing for that kind of stuff,
but for the time being, I'm adding more pictures to keep you guys content with this blog.

I'll elaborate on my past endeavors sooner or later, have some more time on the weeks end.
So enjoy the pictures,
miss you guys!!

n8!
Chris

PS: I'll be also adding more pictures to older posts from time to time, it always takes a bit until worthwhile material surfaces from all the other people staying here. (btw: kudos to you guys providing me with pictures, I really appreciate it!!)

always reminds me a little bit of Hogwarts
